First position: Legs and heels together*, feet turned out. Arms lightly bent in front of you.

*If you have hyper extension in your knees like me, it’s hard (and feels unnatural) to keep your heels together so you can have them slightly apart.

Second position: Legs and heels apart from each other, feet turned out. Arms opened to each side.

Third position: One foot turned out, other in front of it also turned out. The heel of the foot in front is at the arch of the foot behind. The feet are touching each other. One arm slightly bent raised up, other open to the side.

Fourth position: One foot turned out and other in front of it also turned out. The feet are not touching each other (there is a small distance). The heel of the foot in front is lining up with the toes of the foot behind. One arm slightly bent raised up, other slightly bent in front of you.

Fifth position: Both feet turned out, one in front of the other. The heel of the foot in front is at the toes of the foot behind. Both arms slightly bent raised up.
